The world's leading hIE behavior management cloud platform company. It owns the ultra-advanced AI "Higgins" that specializes in hIE behavior management. Inside the company, there are two factions, a pro-computer faction that says "let Higgins make decisions about the company" and a pro-human faction that says "let humans make decisions about humans", and they are repeatedly fighting for each other. Five hIEs were developed by "Higgins" for data transportation, but hIE escaped from the Tokyo Research Institute. Since then , HOO of PMC ( private military company ) has been requested to recover and destroy the escaped Lacia-class hIE, and the situation is being settled.
